Crazy Weekend

It has been a crazy couple of days. I had Sherry's kids over the weekend and the house always gets very loud! But what can anyone expect with two 7 year old and a 13 & 14 year old.

Ash boyfriend came back yesterday from Florida only to leave again on Friday. Of course she is upset and wish he could stay in Kentucky but the good thing is that he will be back in May.

We finally got all of David's pre-op appts. made and now we are just hopping for the best with this surgery. But with all of David's surgery's anything can happen. We both know he will be fine but how leg will turn out who knows. I really wish he could have some better luck but we accept things they way the are!

How We Meet

David & I started or family 10 years ago this year. We meet at a mutual friends on New Year's Eve party. We spent the whole night sitting and talking and getting to know each other. David is 13 years older then me and at the time we meet I was already a single mom to my beautiful daughter Ash. David tells me that she won his heart first!! One question David asked me that night is if I would have a problem dating someone older then me, I said well as long as I am not pushing you around in a wheelchair I don't care. At the time it was unknown to me that David had at least 9 hip replacements on both hips and had recently got off of disability to start working! How stupid did I feel when I found out the truth, but he seen past that and loved me anyway! We are now a family of 4 and all though we have our struggles we still love each other more everyday!
